As a SDET
I want to control the logging level to INFO or WARN or ERROR etc from CLI
So that I can choose to see less verbose output in console or logfile during the load/stress testing

e.g.

-Dloglevel=WARN

or

-Dloglevel=WARN

or

-Dloglevel=ERROR
