Use newest version of mongoskin

Possible to up the version on mongoskin?

Vote up on this. can't compile on newer (0.11) node because of this.

monk installation failed under node v0.11.12.

monk depends on mongoskin@0.4.4, but actual version of mongoskin is 1.3.20.
mongoskin@0.4.4 depends on bson@0.1.5, but it throws exception when compiling under node 0.11
actual version of bson 0.2.7, and it compiles successfully.

@babsonmatt @maximivanov @exordium-frozen could you try https://www.npmjs.org/package/bleeding-monk ? This is my workaround to upgrade monk using modified mongoskin on top of mongodb latest driver 1.4.0.
