Please remove sethku-recipes after accepting PR

Migrated recipes to the dataJAR-Recipes repo, as this repo seems to no longer be active.

DeprecationWarning with a note pointing to the new recipes added to all except Gambit, which has not been updated since 2017.

If we remove the repo from the org, will people still get updates to it and see the deprecation notices? I'm inclined to wait a week or so.

Good point well made. Folks need to update the repo, get the warnings.. move then deletion can happen.

I'd like to do what we did for adobe-ccp-recipes. Deprecate, wait at least a month, then one final commit to update readme and remove recipes before archiving.

I'll assign this to myself for sometime in June.
