Raises a ProcessorError if the PKG variable doesn't exist or is not a valid path.
This recipe requires a package or disk image to be pre-downloaded and supplied to autopkg ("-p" command-line switch). This is likely due to required login credentials to download the software.
The intent of this processor is to give a helpful message to users who otherwise might not know a given recipe requires the software to be downloaded and supplied to autopkg (i.e. that no download recipe is present).
