tests: Turn image_copy into a generic test

The image copy test hardly has QEMU specific tech in it, so the correct thing to do is to have it in the generic subdirectory, so other test providers can also use it. Signed-off-by: Lucas Meneghel Rodrigues <lmr@redhat.com>
