  • Some weeks we only review open issues, which I think is not so interesting.
    Here are some ideas:
    • Always have at least one presentation (about an existing feature, an ongoing work, a proposal, etc).
      • Goal: share knowledge or gather feedback.
    • Prepare in advance the issues that needs to be discussed in details.
      • Goal: try to resolve blocked issues.
      • at most 2 or 3 issues per meeting.
      • author or assignee of the issue should prepare a quick explanation of the blocker.
    • Only discuss new issues/discussions which have not yet been assigned/answered.
      • Goal: don't leave unresolved/unanswered issues/discussions.
