Modify trace to be used by Hypersdk

Regarding the trace package. Hypersdk needs to uses something very similar for VMs tracing (ava-labs/hypersdk#330).
To use the existing package in a more generic way, we need to get some constants from the Config.

• AppName
• Version

[github-actions]

This issue has become stale because it has been open 60 days with no activity. Adding the lifecycle/frozen label will cause this issue to ignore lifecycle events.
