We apply stage-4 presets to test files through https://github.com/avajs/babel-preset-stage-4. This package should be updated for Node.js 8: avajs/babel-preset-stage-4#5.

This is a great issue for anybody looking to contribute to AVA 😇

Hi @KzjLe, thanks for your interest! There is already a PR for this though, thanks to @tdeschryver avajs/babel-preset-stage-4#6.
