It is a console-based Java Application where you will be able to log in and log out as an Administrator Block Development Officer (BDO).

After logging in as BDO you can create new projects and Gram Panchayat Member (GPM) and also you will be able to delete projects and remove GPM from particular projects.

Once a GPM is created and assigned to a specific project, GPM can now log in and log out and he can change the password.

Now GPM can create employees, then assign those employees to different projects, and at the same time, he can remove employees from projects.

BDO can view the list of details of GPM.


Both BDO and GPM can view the list of details of employees and the list of details of projects.

GPM can check the total salary/wages of the employees and the number of days employee has worked on a specific project.
