HOST network container is broken after #25 on windows using boot2docker.

test.environment.get('WEB_HOST') == 'localhost'
|    |           |               |
|    |           172.17.1.100    false
|    |                           12 differences (0% similarity)
|    |                           (172.17.1.100)
|    |                           (localhost---)

boot2docker won't be supported anymore for development of this plugin. Use Docker For Windows/Mac instead.
