Basic Giter8 template for Scala Server Toolkit.

This template not only gives you an example project with Scala Server Toolkit dependencies and simple HTTP server it also gives you SBT setup for production use (with Scalafmt, Scalafix, scalac compiler options etc.).

You can use the template using the followin SBT command:

sbt new avast/sst-seed.g8
