Updates every dependency to the latest version, except for
aho-corasick, as the API changed a lot, and I didn't look at how it's used in this project yet.The biggest update is probably
clapv4, and I adjusted the definitions a little bit, but there are no functional differences. Probably the real visible change is the help output, as its format changed with v4.
