These smart contracts are used to fractionalize an NFT into multiple erc-20 tokens.
When user fractionalizes an NFT, user gets all the erc-20 tokens which user can further sell it to others or list on an exchange.
If anyone purchases an NFT, users can redeem their erc-20 tokens with eth.
