Windowsnatch: Snatch the error message out of the ether

A hardware utility that makes working with lots of consoles funner.
Also, a playground for code generation for embedded projects.

Components:
- teensy: Code for PJRC Teensy. Raw HID device with a couple of lights and
  buttons.
- windowsnatch: Windows side of the system. Talks to the Teensy and to Putty.
- Linux side: Not yet included; A way for the console to notify the server about
  status.
- config.py: Contains configuration and generates code for the other parts.
- hardware: Mostly a Teensy and some leds.

Building:
- Using `make` and Docker.
- Run `make docker_image` to build images to compile.
