• Enrol an individual in sickle cell program. on Last page click on save and go to Base screening.
  Message shown - "Registration saved".
  It should be "Sickle cell enrolment saved". It's showing right message
  The same is happening for other forms also. for base screening, it is showing enrolment saved.
• Please upload the translations also. Some translations are missing. "Failed.Revisit in 3 months to BT date." in observation table. Added translation
• Lab Test result form - If we fill both the results for electrophoresis and HPLC then it start showing 2 genotypes.
  Case - Test 2 As per old rule it will show multiple Hemoglobin genotype
• On enrolment edit, Base screening is getting generated again. **Fixed **
