consensusDE is an R package for RNA-seq analysis using multiple algorithms - reaching consensus.
To obtain the original version from github, install devtools in R and use the following:
library(devtools)
devtools::install_github("awaardenberg/consensusDE", build_vignettes = TRUE)
To run consensusDE, load the library and follow the examples in the vignette.
