Requirements

• Golang
• 2+ years of Engineering experience
• Mindset to achieve product goal

Skills

Must Have

• Experience in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications.
• Familiar with common open source distributed middleware and components such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, and MQ.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ideally

• Understanding of design ideas for distributed systems and architecture; data structures, and algorithms.
• Understanding of and having practical demonstration of Microservice design

Responsibilities

• Lead some of critical domains of data access and processing, and horizontally pipeline for critical features of recommendation, analytics, safety and privacy
• Design new massive-scale software systems that demand low latency, high reliability, and resilience against disaster, by applying the concepts of infrastructure as code and schema as code.
• Develop systems to handle the next phase of growth in the HODO business and ensure high stability and performance.
• Working in detail with the team, ensuring that the team ships products on time.

You’ll be responsible for

• Join a seal team to inspire people to get better every day by supporting them to take an active role in taking care of themselves. We’re building a number of products to increase doctors’ capacity and products to help patients self-track symptoms.
