Add Wavelog

Wavelog is a Fork of Cloudlog. The clear difference is much better stability, less bugs, more features and a huge performance improvement. There is no list existing which compares Wavelog with Cloudlog (just this discussion). Cloudlog is already listed, but Wavelog is not.

The tag "Amateur Radio" is not existing (yet).

@HB9HIL The tag "Amateur Radio" does not exist, can you check the tags folder and see if there is a different tag that can replace that one?

Also would you like to create the PR? I can also assist with that if needed, however I would need you to be responsive to the questions in the PR if I create it.

Sure I can create a PR.

About the "Amateur Radio" tag: There is nothing similar like that, as Amateur Radio is a very specific category. So just Miscellaneous is matching here.
