#6313 #6280 #6236 3DD™: Reporting API Reboot

For the new Reports API, we're going to need the ability to register endpoints with a "tile" type. Tile endpoints should handle all of the logic needed to display labels, comparison labels, a variety of tile value "types", get registered as meta boxes, loading values via Ajax, etc.
