Backwards Compatibility Fix

  • Revert: feat: Support AWSCognitoIdentityProvider custom endpoint and AWSMobileClient integ tests (See PR #3553.). This removes the new constructor added to AWSServiceConfiguration in the 2.23.4 patch update, fixing Amplify Flutter Issue #539.
