Some minor comments, otherwise looking good to me. There are some CI issues that need to be addressed.

What does this PR do?
Adds the Crossplane Kubernetes Provider to the crossplane addon.
Motivation
I am intending to use this provider myself. It would be helpful to have it easily toggled as part of the addons.
