Update Ondat addon version

What does this PR do?

This PR upgrades the Ondat addon to the latest release, 0.1.0. This installs v2.7.0 of Ondat, now with etcd in-cluster using GP3 volumes for backing store in the default blueprint with additional ephemeral storage and external etcd examples.
