Initial CHANGELOG for SCAD CCA, including changes list for initial version and for v1.0.0
- Updated Athena views to fix cost inaccuracy for pods on EC2 instances that were running for less than a full hour - Fixed aggregation issues for some usage metrics in the Athena views - Added split net cost fields - Added CUR split fields and tags to "cur" entry in YAML to support cases where dashboard is deployed before SCAD EKS was enabled - Added support for Net Amortized Cost in "View Cost As" control in dashboard
