RDS parameter

I hope you're doing well. I'm encountering an issue with the RDS when trying to use the serverless parameter. I've attached a screenshot for your reference.

The database works fine in serverless mode, but when I try to set it up in another configuration, it doesn't seem to work. Could you please check the attachment and help me resolve this issue?
