I am getting this error

aws ecr get-login --no-include-email --region us-west-2
usage: aws [options] <command> <subcommand> [parameters]
aws: error: argument command: Invalid choice, valid choices are:

Version

aws-cli/1.2.9 Python/3.4.3 Linux/4.4.0-67-generic

That's a very old version of the cli that doesn't have the command. Update to the latest version and try again.
