Look into running our upstream tests outside of a virtualenv as well. This will help catch issues like pyca/cryptography#4627.

We run all our test in tox and are pretty sure we are not going back on that. Tox clearly uses virtualenv, but we also do not use Travis anymore... closing this issue.
