Description of changes:
Adds running the Greengrass discovery sample in CI. It also adjusts the sample to the CA file is optional like in its description, fixes an error forced
--verbosityto be defined or the sample would crash, makes--regionrequired in command line options since it is for the sample, and adjusts the sample to print a predefined message rather than the discovery information if running in CI.It also fixes the
