I get this error when trying to start a cluster:

$ cfncluster create mycluster
Starting: mycluster
TemplateURL must reference a valid S3 object to which you have access.
$ cfncluster version
0.0.21

Sorry, the templates didn't get pushed with the latest update. Should be
fixed in the next couple of hours.
