Install-AWSToolsModule installs all modules instead of ones named with -Name #286

Describe the bugI'm running the command below: I'm expecting this to install the AWS.Tools.S3 module. However, it's installing ALL AWS.Tools.* modules. This command has worked for me in the past. Last time I used it was probably 4-6 weeks ago. @jordan-r-jenkins Its updating the installed modules. The behaviour has been in place since quite sometime and changing it could be a breaking change. You might not have seen update of all modules on earlier occasions if they were up to date with the current available version. |

Figured out what the issue actually was -- I discovered there was a folder of AWS.Tools modules installed manually (not using PowerShellGet) on my computer. Naturally they never showed every time I ran Now

Good morning.
The
Install-AWSToolsModuleby default also updates all currently installed AWS.Tools modules. You may use the-SkipUpdateparameter which disables the update.Just for reference, here is the logic which uses
-SkipUpdateflag.Thanks,
