EFS not connected in docker

When I run this script in cloud formation, the efs system mounts to the instance. However, the docker container itself does not seem to be linked with the instance efs.

Have you run into this problem?

Could be a little too late but I think you should take a look at this issue on ECS agent
aws/amazon-ecs-agent#62

Hey guys, seems having the same issue with ECS and EFS. Does it still require dumb solution with ecs/docker restart in the end of docker host initialization?

More than 1 year has passed, I would expect more elegant solution for that problem...
