Wrap non-Markdown.md LICENSE file in a code block

The formatting of a non Markdown License file can look odd when it is presented in Markdown, for example:

We should think about how to import non MD license files into our template

Repasting the problematic rendering:

Technically this is still markdown. The GitHub markdown processor rendered the * some words * as bullet points while it in fact should be emphasis *emphasis*.
