[FEATURE] Add partition support to Neptune connector

Graph data is often partitioned by tenant ID, account ID, or other properties. Allow ability to partition graph data used in Neptune connector queries.

Allow me to define partitions for tables configured for Neptune connector

Describe alternatives you've considered
Where clause in Athena SQL query that filters on a column. Multiple tables, one per tenant.
