Test cases for the pipeline with the test report

Feature request: I think it would be useful to have some test cases for the pipeline.

What sort of testing do you have in mind? I don't find unit tests particularly useful and integration tests can be tricky. Looking forward to the discussion.

@srijitm Thanks for your response. I was hoping we had some unit tests here for example SNS notifications that I believe you had mentioned in the other ticket regarding it. Another test case could have been testing the existence of the deployment-role for cross-account access. Another test case could be testing a connection with the Bitbucket cloud/AWS code commit. I will also need to add some for DNS delegation. Tests for alarms in case the pipeline fails or runs into an error? Test the constructs. Does that make sense? It would also be useful to have test reports for those.
