Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Background: For the task of "one-time transfer task", the notification of task completion is added, so that the customer can process the downstream task in time.

Describe the feature you'd like
Example: When the customer selects "One Time Transfer" when creating a task, the task status will be followed up from three states of Creating→In Progress→Completed
