First download the plugin by clicking on the "ZIP" button.
Then, you can install it as you do for most Coda plugins : simply drag it over the Coda app icon on the Dock, and … it's done.
You can also move Fillerama.codaplugin to your Coda2 plugin directory : ~/Library/Application Support/Coda 2/Plug-ins/
When you want to insert a loremipsum-like text in your code, just move the cursor in the right place, then go to the "Plug-ins" Menu >> Fillerama and choose from which source you want a quote. The available sources are :
