Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be useful to be able to control the frequency of download progress update events. According to MDN, the browser standard for XHR is at most once every 50ms, while axios is using a mixture of every 300ms or every 500ms depending on whether we use the XHR, Fetch, or http adapter.
Describe the solution you'd like
A new config option in the AxiosRequestConfig - something like progressUpdateIntervalMs which will determine the minimum amount of time between progress updates (progress updates can take longer if no progress is made, this is expected behaviour)
Describe alternatives you've considered
