Player grid doesn’t accurately display percentages

✏️ Could you concisely describe about the bug?

Player range grid does not accurately display the percentage of hands a player is playing

🤔 What is it expected?

For example, when moving the slider all of the way to the right, it should say 100% because every hand is selected. However, it only goes up to 64%.

🏃‍♀️ Could you introduce how to reproduce the bug?

1. Tap add player
2. Tap grid button
3. Move the slider

Came to report the same bug. I am also noticing different equity percentages when comparing identical ranges in other applications
