A comprehensive Hospital Management System web application to manage hospital operations, including patient and doctor management.
Implemented modules for admin, user (patient), and doctor, providing functionalities such as appointment booking, medical history viewing, and profile management. In this project, I have used PHP and MySQL database.

Dashboard: Admin can view patients, doctors, appointments, and new queries.

Doctors: Admin can add and manage doctors' specializations (Add/Update).

Users: Admin can view details of users who have booked appointments and delete irrelevant users.

Patients: Admin can view patients' details.

Appointment History: Admin can view the history of appointments.

Contact Us Queries: Admin can view user-submitted queries.

Doctor Session Logs: Admin can see login and logout times for doctors.

Reports: Admin can view patient reports over specific periods.

Patient Search: Admin can search for patients by name or mobile number.
