Hacktoberfest 2022 🎉

Hacktober Badge Star Badge Contributions

🗣 Hacktoberfest encourages participation in the open source community, which grows bigger every year. Complete the 2022 challenge to earn a limited edition T-shirt or to plant a tree 🙃.

Code of Conduct

  • Hacktoberfest is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.
  • We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any event venue or online environment, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media.
  • Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event

Rules

  • Don't use filthy words and be welcome for beginners and other people in this community.
  • Follow the Table format for the PR submissions .

Github Contribution Rules

  • Pull requests can be submitted to any opted-in repository on GitHub or GitLab.
  • The pull request must contain commits you made yourself.
  • If a maintainer reports your pull request as spam, it will not be counted toward your participation in Hacktoberfest.
  • If a maintainer reports behavior that’s not in line with the project’s code of conduct, you will be ineligible to participate.
  • To get a shirt, you must make four approved pull requests (PRs) on opted-in projects between October 1-31 in any time zone.
  • This year, the first 40,000 participants can earn a T-shirt, or a tree planted in their name.

Steps for adding your name in the CONTRIBUTERS.md File

1. Fork this repo.
2. Copy the url by clicking the code button which is just below the settings button.
3. Clone the repository to your local device.
4. Command to clone using git - git clone 'URL of the repository'
5. Create a seperate branch using - git checkout -b <BranchName>
6. Edit `Tools.md` file 
7. Add Name of tool, link to the tool, and a short explanation of your favorite tool in the table.
8. Edit `CONTRIBUTORS.md` file
9. Add your Name also link your github profile seprated by a | (pipe).
    eg. | Karan | https://github.com/karanS08 | 
10. Stage your changes using - git add
11. Commit your changes using - git commit -m "commit message goes here"
12. Push your changes to the seperate branch created in step 5.
13. Make your pull request 🙌🏽.
14. Don't forget to star the repo 🙂.
