GSoC 2016 Prototype for BioJS.

Project : Visualization of target-disease relationship in drug discovery

This is backend end module which has been developed using Python Flask.

Pre-requirements

Elasticsearch server on port 9200

Setup:

1. clone the repository git clone https://github.com/ayusharma/Drug-discovery-flask.git
2. Create virtualenv : virtualenv venv
3. Activate virtualenv: source venv/bin/activate
4. install requirements using pip install -r requirement.txt
5. Setup elastic search server.
6. Create an index with name diseases.

Elastic Mapping

Make POST call on URL: http://localhost:9200/diseases/ypq/_mapping
