Fixes on this ticket missed the mark: Breadcrumbs: remove extra margin-bottom #625

I will restore breadcrumb padding on both x and y axis, and set margin-bottom to 0 on all screen sizes.

There will need to be additional documentation on how to deal with uneven breadcrumb placement.
