[v1] dev + patches 1 to 3

The regular dev branch but with:

• patch-1 : !w !uw command spam fix (shanapu#375)
• patch-2 : Crash exploit when warden fix (shanapu#376)
• patch-3 : Markers fix (shanapu#379)

Instructions:

• Download the latest dev release from shanapu's website
• Install it on your server
• Download this release (dev-all-patches.v1.zip), and merge&replace any file that is in it

Warning:
Contains 2 new english phrases. If for some reason you modified the english translations, just add these two:
