From user testing:

On iPhone (latest version iOS) the screen would sometimes resize and the top bar would get ‘stuck’ 1-1.5 inches down the screen, taking screen space.

I haven't been able to duplicate.

I've tried ios simulator iPhone 5/6/6+ all latest iOS.
I've tested on an actual iphone 5 latest iOS.

Various browsers and their mobile simulators.

Let's leave this open for now and I'll ask Parks to try to recreate the issue and provide more details. Thanks for investigating.

No, I didn't get any more info, but there hasn't been extensive Treecorder testing yet. Let's leave this open but blocked for now.

I was able to duplicate this (once!) on an iPhone 4

I was testing out form validation, it occurred when I attempted to submit the form and it focused on the first incorrect field.
