All buildings in City Builder mod have 'aura' or effects to nearby buildings and/or units.

Civic buildings

  • Movement Bonus: Units 10% faster movement.
  • Population Bonus: Houses can support 2 more population.

Civic centers

  • Population Bonus: Houses can support additional 50% more population.
