COVID-19 Self-Diagnosis Test Bot

Problem:

As coronavirus takes over the world, the situation in Tashkent/Uzbekistan is getting worse. Many cases are now found in the population, hospitals are full, so they can't accept new patients. Patients who are not accepted don't know how to take preventive actions and what to do next, so they are overloading coronavirus call center, 1103.

Solution:

To help with the problem, we need to take that load from 1103 and other call centers with some website and bot solutions. In bot and the website, we can provide a self-diagnosis test and FAQ on how to cure if the one is suspected to have COVID-19.
