Diagnostic settings for Event Hub is not working

Have enabled Diagnostics destination for Storage Account, Log Analytics and Event Hub in caf_foundations level 1. Diagnostic Storage and Log Analytics can be set on resources but Event Hub is giving errors attached.

Event Hub is not working.
