Azk generators use to be directed to frameworks, not the languages only. PHP -> Laravel, Python -> Django, Ruby -> Ruby on Rails.

Maybe this should be a generator for Phoenix, the de facto MVC framework for the platform, which would include Erlang and Elixir installations.

What do you think?

Generators for Elixir and Phoenix were added in PR #443.
What was missing was to recognize database.
