Some improvements in the readme to provide precise instructions. For example, if we create an application registration and dont choose single tenant or multitenant then, graph API permission will not be visible under delegated permission.
Fixing step number errors
Cache file need not be present in the bin folder

Issue #2 should be addressed as I compiled it in the release mode
Issue #6 should also be addressed as I deleted the msal cache from debug bin folder
