NPM constantly output telemetry errors

What happened:

NPM constantly output the following error every 5 minutes:

What you expected to happen:

NPM should be clean with default provision.

How to reproduce it:

This is just a default and plain AKS provision with Azure CNI with no customization.

Kubernetes Version:

1.27

Kernel (e.g. uname -a):

Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS 5.15.0-1041-azure containerd://1.7.1+azure-1

Anything else we need to know?:

Please advise is there a way to turn off telemetry for NPM? Or Microsoft.ApplicationInsights a must for AKS using NPM?
