Work items to improve speed and success of Azure.Monitor.Query pipelines:

  • Confirm Query and Ingestion have ci, weekly, and weekly live test pipelines
  • Use Monitor.Ingestion for MetricsTestData set-up - current MetricsSenderClient does not have usgov/China support (LogsQueryClientLiveTests have been updated to not use the hardcoded endpoint)
  • Clean up LogsTestData class to remove unused code
  • LogsTestData - verify Kusto query behavior with TimeGenerated column - can it be overwritten
  • Look into bootstrapping problem with Monitor - doesn't pop-up script to create resources when none exist
  • Work on using seed solution to remove calling autorest multiple times in Monitor pipeline
